Went in to ask for some help and advice as my son sufferers with bad reflux and is 3 months old. Just told to go to the baby section and told to buy the wrong product that could hurt him.
Lloyds Pharmacy does a job. That’s it. It looks pretty inside Sainsbury’s Harrow but I think that their staff is undertrained or overworked because they are a bit stressed and apparently judgmental. Nothing personal. I hope those dealing with medication will understand that person acquiring them needs a bit extra consideration. I’ll use them again in future because it’s our convenience.

Horrible customer service. The staff there were absolutely rude and disrespectful. They were so ready to send me away, before even checking that they had my tablets. The lady that served me was beyond hostile and horrible. Do not get your medication from here, the worst pharmacy in Kenton. It’s obvious that racism was at play here.

Not a pharmacy I would ever chose to go to. Totally miserable staff and unwilling to help.
Useless. Booked a lateral flow test for travel but when I arrived for the appointment the pharmacy was closed!
Very helpful staff. You can shop while they make up your prescription.
