Been using this pharmacy for probably 20 years or more, see a lot of negative comments. I've always found them to be polite and helpful.
Very bad service!! Always been told medication not been sent by the practice and send us back to come back again for a long wait !! Staffs are too slow doing something else instead of serving the customers. Ridiculous
What’s the point of having a contact telephone number if you’re not going to answer?
I went to collect my prescription at 9 o'clock today , they were still closed and there was no information about opening time . Around 9:06 someone opened the door , just to inform me that their pharmacist is starting at 10 , because , she / he lives far . I believe they should change their opening time from 10 . If their is no pharmacist in the site, there is no point to open the pharmacy

Wonderful staff and good services
The chemist did not fulfil my prescription correctly and gave me an insufficient amount of tablets ,the lady in the shop refused to acknowledge her mistake and was very patronising and accused me of lying, go elsewhere if at all possible.
I always have excellent service from this pharmacy. The staff are pleasant and helpful and very knowledgeable.
Extremely rude staff, and they never respect you as customer, the door were locked for their lunch break they open the door and did not inform four customers waiting outside extra 8 minutes I tried to knock the door and it was open, also your medicine will never be ready you have to wait extra
Very friendly and helpful staff. Dossete box service available. Wide variety of aftershave/perfumes and other toiletries available at the pharmacy.
