   Good staff, but why no men's changing rooms???? Jeans are a bad fit for people with normal bodies.

   Terrible accessibility. Move the hanger bin away from the accessible self check out? Makes it completely inaccessible. I kept getting stuck because it would be wide enough to go down but the then move sideways was impossible or too narrow at the end. Absolute nightmare.

   Picked up a pair of shorts. Stood in a queue for what I thought was for paying with cash - at least. Realised all payments were card only, barring one?? (I'm hoping) Thought I was in the Twilight Zone, compared to when I was last in store several months ago. Backtracked through the 'winding queue aisle' and made my way to the proposed, cash desk. "Hiya" - "Do you know you've just cut across the exit point?" I was met with. Guess what? The entire aisle was clear! Me - Um..."can I pay with cash here?" - "We actually cover a multitude of things at this desk'. Ok, so why has your disabled checkout been kicked into touch??" Do you want to purchase a bag for today?" No thanks."Because you haven't purchased a bag today, you'll have to navigate yourself out the store with the goods in your hand holding your receipt in hand along with your purchase incase security wants to query it on the way out". Yep, that really happened. Guess what, I exited the store and heard another woman complaining about the disabled treatment that her and her mother experienced. Staff get away with saying whatever they want now without repercussions. Get them hunted people, we can do better!

   excellent makeup and skincare section but other than that don’t really like this primark. it’s always extremely busy and there’s never any staff at the tills!! i went with my gran the other week and there was literally 3 members of staff at the tills and the queue was practically out the door. the pajamas are so overpriced and whenever i come out of this primark i come out with about 2 or 3 things. nothing really to buy.

   Great selection of clothing at keen prices. A large store which is wheelchair accessible. Friendly helpful staff. Checking out can be a little slow at busy times. The shop is situated in a nice covered shopping centre with plenty of parking and a wide range of shops
