   I’ve had several disappointing visits to Tesco Osterley Pharmacy. Staff rarely greet or approach customers, often speaking from several metres away, which makes conversations awkward and forces you to raise your voice. Basic questions about stock or services are met with “don’t know” and no follow-up, and there’s little signposting to the pharmacist for advice. Overall, it feels like zero customer care. Please review training on: greeting and approaching customers, speaking at a normal distance, product knowledge, and signposting. I’ll happily revise this rating if service improves.

   When you collect your medicine from this pharmacy, make sure double or triple check most of the time they dispense wrong medicine. It happened to me at least three times.

   Extremely rude staff. Addressed to them today around 18-18:30 with request to repeat my prescription for Clopidogrel. The Asian middle aged woman with glasses answered me they didn't do it(but the truth was that exactly she made repeated prescription for my husband couple of weeks ago). I aksed for help to check me whenever they able to do so,because possibly I had shingles. Fortunately, a young lady, who said she hadn't been working in that pharmacy permanently,examinated me and gave me professional advice.I didn't want to bother them anymore and went to the shelves with medications in the store, and looked for Zovirax. Din't find that. Came back and queued. Noticed the same Asian lady passing by and reffered to her with a question, if she could help me because the ointment was not on the shelf. She ariced her voice and said she was on her break(but how could I know and why did she was arrogant?) . She answered me rudely that I had already asked for examination and I received help what else did I want.I said that I wanted Zovirax but it was not on the shelf. She said that it could be out of stock, not her business, shelves with medications belong to the Tesco store not to the pharmacy, and didn't offer me anything else but their shelves were stocked with the similar products that could substitute requested ointment. The question is WHY MEDICAL STAFF WHO SUPPOSED TO SHOW COMPASSION AND ATTANTION ARE SO RUDE AND BAD MANNERED ? ARE THEY GOOD TRAINED IF NOT ABLE TO OFFER THE SIMILAR REMEDY FOR A PATIENT? DOES HIPPOCRATIC OATH MEAN ANYTHING FOR THEM? Read the comments and noticed NO ANY CHANGES, NO ANY ACTION WAS TAKEN FOR IMPROVEMENT THE SERVICES, AND THE SAME PHARMACIST STILL THERE AND HER BEHAVIOUR EVEN WASN'T CHANGED. SHAME!!!

   I have been using this pharmacy for well over a decade and have always found the staff here to be very helpful. They are increasingly busy and there seems to be a constant high demand. At the end of the day the staff are human and try their best to supply the medication needed

   Worst pharmacy ever . Very lazy staff. Pharmacist didn’t want to fill my prescription and asked me to come the next day to be fill in by another pharmacist giving lame reasons. I rushed after work to collect my prescription after handing it over on the weekend and after pharmacist calling to confirm I can come and collect it only to be told the pharmacist can’t take risk as it’s a private prescription.

   Always found the staff very helpful and proffesional. Receive a text message when my prescription is ready for collection. Rang them this morning because I hadn't received a text, they had not received from my doctors, rang doctors who told me it had to be reviewed and they would get if done today. Already received text to say my prescription is ready for collection. Very good servuce

   This pharmacy closes at 9pm but staff dont want to take prescription at 08.30pm saying they are closed now...I checked this pharmacy timings online and told the lady you are suppose to close 9m then she accepts my prescription..TESCO PLZ TAKE NOTE.

   I went to the pharmacy to get my prescription and both times the pharmacists were both rude and lack of knowledge. The first time it was an Asian woman and I asked her to bye bismuth that doesn’t require prescription and she made a big deal before asking me why I wanted and told me that my prescription was old ( it was 3 weeks old) so I had to get my GP invoked as the prescriptions are 6 months valid. Anyway, bismuth is in short supply so I had been going to many pharmacies to find it and they didn’t have it, and fortunately this Tesco had it but in order to get it it caused me loads of stress because of the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist behaviour that was inappropriate and lacking information. I had to delay my cure for an other 3 days because I had to go back in my city and call my doctor and get a new prescription and go back to London to get the medication and I repeat for a medication that didn’t need to be prescribed as my doctor told me. My doctor called the pharmacist inadeguate. The second time was today in which a black male pharmacist was ignorant, I told him I am G6PD deficient so I cannot take most of the antibiotics…. His answer was, I never thought I would meet someone with G6PD deficiency so I didn’t bother to study it….. who allowed these people to work at such important places like a pharmacy??? I wander. Horrible experience both times.

   I have repeated prescription here and every time it's a hassle. Did you get a text? Can you wait? Or just simply ignored while I'm standing there waiting. Moving my prescriptions now. Enough is enough. I pay for those as well.
