   Dr Patel is a wonderful consultant and has been very kind, friendly and professional for every visit I have had for my travel vaccines. He provided very valuable advice and explains things in good detail. He does not rush and is always very happy to answer any questions. The staff here are also very welcoming and always wanting to help. They are very fairly priced for their services and I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!

   Brilliant service. I was worrying about being able to get a yellow fever jab in time for our holiday, and they were so helpful sourcing the vaccine for us and keeping me informed with phone calls. On the day, my son was a little nervous but the pharmacist put him at ease. Informative, funny and gentle.

   Was looking for a travel vaccination Clinic in Isleworth for my daughter and we and came upon this Pharmacy on Google. Was seen by Mr Patel who was very thorough and professional in first of all taking our medical history and then recommending and explaining all the vaccinations needed depending on where we were travelling. As Mr Patel was going on annual leave and not available for one of our doses, he contacted a couple of other Pharmacies to see if they could administer the dose. He was very patient and let us ask our questions and once we were satisfied, he then administered the vaccine very swiftly. We would definitely recommend this Pharmacy both for their customer service , knowledge and professionalism.

   What a find! We needed some travel vaccinations for a child and they fitted us in the same day. Super helpful, knowledgeable and put my son at ease (he said it didn’t even hurt!). Good prices plus they wouldn’t charge us for a small lolly we wanted, they said it was free! Would definitely choose azchem if we need more vaccinations. Thank you for a great experience!

   Apparently they think they know better than a GP as they refused to dispense an antibiotic my doctor had prescribed, all under "care of duty" but without knowing anything about my symptoms or my medical history. Worst part is that they confirmed on the system that they had dispensed the medicine so when I went to another chemist we had to call my doctor and re-do everything. At least they were honest enough to confirm on the phone they had actually kept the medicine so the other chemist could give it to me. What a waste of time. Never going back.
