   I booked my flu vaccination time slot through the NHS app but when I arrived at the Pharmacy, and to my surprise, the queue for vaccinations was very long woth several people begore me. No explanation was given by the team. I was a very concerned about my 30 minutes free parking near the Pharmancy so felt a little anxious about oerstaying due ti thr queue. Luckily, the queue moved quickly and my car did not have a parking ticket. Overall, the staff at the Pharmacy were very pleasant, professional and swft during the vaccination process. Thank you.

   I had my flu vaccine at this pharmacy recently and found the staff extremely professional, friendly & helpful. The process for vaccines works very well, with well-timed reminder emails and texts. I have also noticed the helpful manner they have with their many customers any time I have been in this pharmacy.

   Rude and lazy pharmacist at 12:30 today who I observed and, rather than call a surgery, made an elderly patient walk back and forth to their GP five times. A simple call would have resolved the issue but he couldn’t have cared less for that gentleman. Rather than thinking about the patient, he preferred to be self-righteous and arrogant. Very poor and disappointing service from the young bearded man. I’ve not come across such a pharmacist in twenty years of being a doctor. My interaction with the other members of staff here have been fine UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY: the patient’s journey involved six trips to get his medication (three to the GP and three to you). I don’t think that’s acceptable and a phone call from you at that time of day would usually be answered fairly rapidly by the on call GP. You did not even try. Furthermore, the attitude of the pharmacist at being asked to find an alternative way to help the patient was not the calm, measured response that you have offered here but was instead hostile and showed no sympathy to the patient. Had that been my patient I would’ve made more of an effort or at least explained the situation in a calm manner. Instead he was self righteous and aggressive
