Treated my daughter abysmally, she ended up leaving in tears due to his rudeness. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs !
Always fast and helpful for all my child’s medication. There have been instances where they didn’t have a certain medicine in stock and they recommended an alternative local pharmacy who did in fact have it in stock ! Great local pharmacy
Beware the parking spaces outside are 30 minutes free. Today there was only one cashier and therefore you may go over your limit. If you have time go to the Tesco next door or the Superdrug up the road. Their staff are lovely and friendly. I would give this pharmacy no stars if I would.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They have 0 care towards their customers. There is no way I would ever recommend anyone to go here. The pharmacist treats people with such disrespect as he was more interested in the DPD deliveries coming in and out. Considering a pharmacist is supposed to help and offer medical assistance where possible, this one does not. The shelves are empty and the attitude from staff is abysmal. Forcing people to have consultations in the middle of the pharmacy whilst using your consultation room as a delivery dump is abhorrent and disgusting. To the pharmacist I say, you should be ashamed. Not only for acting the way you did but for also forcing a young woman to talk about her private health issues and concerns in front of complete strangers and IGNORING her halfway though, causing her to end up in tears. Shameful behaviour.
Terrible pharmacy! Won’t be using again. The consolation room is using being used as a DPD holding room, so be prepared to announce your signs and symptoms to the entire of Worcester Park. Mr Rai was rude and dismissive to us and when discussing with us, he walked away mid conversation and started to talking to a friend. Shelves empty, staff unhelpful.

I visited Plough Green Pharmacy this morning to undergo a PCR test. I just wanted to thank both the pharmacist and his assistant for taking the time to research COVID testing requirements for my upcoming trip. I do not often write reviews but would like share my positive experience, made possible by thorough and friendly staff. Best wishes from the lycra clad cyclist.
