   Staff are obnoxious and patronizing. Very rude. Do not prioritize prescriptions, kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but they have really shown they are lazy and incompetent. I was told they have "ordering" my prescriptions for "every day for 2 months, because it's out of stock". Obviously a lie to cover their backs. Absolutely appalled as I am running out of medication in 2 days and now will have to ring up GP and sort this out. Please save yourself and DO NOT use this pharmacy.

   Absolutely appalling service! We came in to see the pharmacist for my 14 year old son since that was our GPs advise if non-urgent case. We were told to wait on the side until the pharmacist came. He came out from behind the counter to see another patient who had walked in after us, so no queuing system! Then he came over to us, staring at me blankly. I explained why we were there. He then said I should phone to make an appointment at the pharmacy since they dont do walk ins! He then told us we had to wait a further 15 mins! Completely defeats the purpose of going to see the pharmacist! They werent even busy! What a rude pharmacist! Absolutely appalled! Will never use this pharmacy again nor recommend it! There is another pharmacy two shops down on the high street where the pharmacist was lovely and attentive immediately!

   I needed some medication and as I wanted to take my first dose immediately before taking the train to work. I asked the team if they sold water, but instead the lady helping me smiled and brought me a glass of water. Made my day to start it with such kindness! Thank you so much Keep up the great work!

   I have been a regular customer at Nina Pharmacy in Stoneleigh Broadway for over 30 years. On a recent Saturday afternoon, a locum pharmacist on duty, recommended I contact ‘GP Out-of-Hours’, followed by NHS111 for a second opinion in respect of a chest infection. A course of antibiotics was prescribed later that evening, by the ‘GP Out-of-Hours’ service at Epsom Hospital. The regular Nima Pharmacist Arman, along with the team are always very helpful, providing excellent service and advice on health issues.

   Me and my girlfriend recently completed our travel vaccinations for our trips across South East Asia, the pharmacist (Armen) was incredibly helpful throughout both our consultantation period on what vaccines we'd require, and helping us make a schedule on when we would have appointments. Overall we had over 14 appointments each, set-up around our schedules, over a period of just 2 months. Including the pharmacist finding difficult to source vaccines, considering we were taking them during the off-season whilst there are global supply chain issues. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming for all of our appointments and it's brought peace of mind to both of us that we're appropriately protected for anything that might come up whilst traveling. 5 stars.

   Took my daughter here for her first jab, she suffers from severe anxiety and rarely go out anywhere. Staff were so friendly, we were a walk in appointment and only waited about 10 mins. The doctor who gave her the jab was great talking to her and keeping her anxiety at bay. She came out very happy.
