I had a great experience at Reems Pharmacy . The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I got the right medication. The service was quick, and the store was clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this pharmacy to others
Ive been with the pharmacy for 15 years the old owners were very nice and this new owner doesnt want to deliver the medication and when i tried to speak with her she was very rude acting like shes paying for my medication and she was shouting at me and telling me if im not happy i should find another pharmacy. Im very disappointed after being a very long customer and this new owner has come in a few months and ruined everything. Absolutely disgusted.
Came to Reems Pharmacy for our test to release pcr tests. They made it so easy to book, take the test and helped with ensuring the results came back as quickly as possible. Excellent and friendly service. The pharmacist Ashna in particular was excellent and looked after us, and showed what great customer service looks like. Would highly recommend and will use more in the future too for other pharmacy needs.
Lateral Flow tests at Reems Ashna, the pharmacist at Reems, who did our fit to fly tests at Reems, has been excellent in how she discharged her responsibilities. Nothing was too much for her. She has been very helpful, right from making the appointment, ensuring it was convenient to us, to guiding us in what tests are suitable for the destination of our travel. Very professional & courteous and made the whole experience thoroughly satisfying. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for the tests in future. Thanks
Reems Pharmacy have provided excellent service, and have taken the time to provide specific advice. They are happy to help with queries I had and go over and above expectations. I have never had any issues and the post office is a very convenient and useful add-on service. Very professional and trustworthy service and do care about helping in anyway they can.
