I have received a wonderful service from this pharmacy. Home deliveries are very prompt and the kindness shown by the pharmacist Manoj when I have had a problem running out of medications is above and beyond the call of duty. Staff are also excellent.
I enquired about travel vaccinations and the Pharmacist Manoj was very helpful in suggesting the right jabs for me. The process was very quick and easy - would definitely recommend!
Attended for my flu jab and collect prescription. Very polite staff, jab given within minutes of request. No long waits. Manoj gave the injection. He’s better than many nurses I’ve seen over the years. Didn’t feel a thing. Will definitely be coming back here.

been ordering medicines for some reason they always misses not good enough! i order medicine for a diabetic patient ! and i make sure to order weeks in advance due to their mistakes and lacks i get the medicines late!
Went to A&E on Tuesday and Doctor called on Wednesday15.02.23, she prescribed medication and send it to avicenna pharmacy on the same day. Due to the pain I couldn’t collect next day. Went to collect on 21st of February after 6 days, with pain.. pharmacy was soo irresponsible to say, they just ordered now. It wasn’t like this before. Very bad experience.
Cant thank or rate this pharmacy highly enough. Have always done their best to sort out my Fathers medication every time the GP messes up on the prescriptions. great personal service.
No issue with the medication which they dispense but the lady at the counter tries her best to deliver the worst possible experience. Dont ever ask her for advice on how to take the medication because her responce is google it. They also take 3 days to get the prescription ready. Avoid
My whole family used to get their prescriptions from there but since the pandemic is on the staff will mislead you not once but few times. My mother went to collect her prescription for 3 of us. They couldn't ready one of the prescription, they were rude and they chose to mislead my mother by saying the G.P didn't send it to them. We called the G.P they said they had send the prescription last week then 2 days later I called the pharmacy and again they said they didn't receive it. Finally they said ohh it has been send to other pharmacy and the G.P has an error in their system. So I asked her can you tell me which pharmacy so we can collect it from there she goes it has a long procedure she cannot find that. However she can call the pharmacy herself and she will let me know today with in few minutes the prescription will be ready. It is very unethical when you see the staff is messing around with you and instead of telling the truth they choose different ways to manipulate you.
