1. Star Light ★★☆☆☆

   Last time I visited there was barely anything there but there are a few essentials. Which was along more then a month. Not sure about now.

   The worst Boots I have ever been to and it's not even close. The store looks unkempt, and shelves are empty. Staff look bored and uninterested. I actually was shocked at how bad it is

   Never EVER answer their phones which is infuriating when trying to check status of repeat prescriptions (which rarely seem to arrive without me calling to chase up repeatedly). They are lovely in store and want to be helpful, but for years my repeat prescriptions have consistently gone wrong and taken ages to resolve.

   Incredibly delayed in writing this review! I wanted to acknowledge a fantastic young pharmacist named Ria, I was assisting an elderly relative of mine who was incredibly confused with prescription dispensing delays a couple weeks ago, thankfully when we arrived the prescriptions were being prepared, as I mostly assist this elderly relative remotely I asked a few questions in terms of each medication and the process of prescription requests via Gp etc. Ria was incredibly patient, attentive and knowledgeable she gave us her full attention, her assistance has helped me a lot! I was able to notify the supervisor on site that day and I wanted to follow up with this review, thanks again Ria!

   The service in this Boots is always slow especially when the male staff member is working. He acts like waiting on you is an inconvenience. The staff are so chatty that half the time they don't even acknowledge customers standing right in front of them and waiting is very hard due the small size of the shop and customers not wearing masks.

   Male counter staff called was incredibly rude. He was talking to his colleagues as i waked in. I waited few minutes to see if he is going to serve me. He was just standing right in front me chatting and laughing until i asked him if he is going to serve me? He did not even apologise and started to confronting me.

   Male staff member incredibly rude. Was chatting to coworker as we walked in. We waited for them to finish before asking a question and it seemed like a big inconvenience for him to serve us. Avoid. Superdrug and Savers close by and MUCH friendlier.
