   Lewis Pharmacy is such a pleasure to visit. Really there is so little choice these days when it comes to pharmacies, as in if you dont want to go to the mainstream superdrug/boots etc. Although I can't fault the staff in Boots, I can't honestly say that the environment and layout is anything to write home about. The thing i LOVE the most about Lewis Pharmacy is that they have kept a LOT of the really old awnings on the shop, inside and out. Although they have modernised with all new surfaces and flooring etc, they have kept the old motif and even have some of the ANCIENT bottles of (very strange things you probably would never find in a Pharmacy nowa-days, in quirky glass bottles and luris coloured solutions in them. They dont need to do these extras, but it really does sell the place for me. The staff are so sweet and genuinely care about me and my family. They always ask after my relatives and treat us like family.

   I have seen their shop for over 25 years. Wonder how people patronise them. As their prices are 30-40% for off the counter general medicines - compared to small high street retailers. The staff said it’s london in it? Good god!

   The best pharmacy in Ealing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them when sorting prescriptions and I had travel vaccinations without an appointment. Great service all round!

   One of the very few pharmacies that still take their time and listen and try and help you. I had come in with a rare item on my prescription having been turned away from other pharmacies , almost giving up. They did everything they could to help me without me feeling like I was asking for too much. Thank you Guys for your kindness , understanding and most of all willingness to help! I will be back :)

   Thank you for helping me out with my last minute travel vaccine ! Made everything so much easier and less stressful. Not to mention your very well stocked skin care. Very rare to find Dr. Hauschka & Obaji skin care readily available in community pharmacy !

   My gp sent there my prescriptions than i went to collect it they said they don’t have my medication cause they have to order it so next time i should call them before i go collect. So next time i called them they said they have to order it so i can collect next day. It worked out a few times but the last five times even when i called them before i went to collect they didn’t have my medication. And they didn’t even call me. So i had to go back again… Today was the last time. I called them a week ago (i gave them some extra time) so i went to the pharmacy today but again they didn’t have it cause they couldn’t order it. But again they didn’t call me to tell me they couldn’t order it. In the last year or so they hired some new staff and they don’t know what they are doing… and they are rude as well. Just avoid them. The pharmacy itself looks good though….

   I recently visited Lewis Pharmacy in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and attended to by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The pharmacy itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. In addition, it was decorated with Medieval decorations which was unique and really complement the atmosphere of the store.

   One of the best pharmacy's I've been to. The young ladies who work here have particularly always gone out of their way to help, from getting me emergency prescriptions to hand delivering to me when I was so ill and couldn't leave the house. I'm super grateful to have found this little gem. It's also a beautiful building, with window art throughout the seasons which always looks spectacular.

   Features an original and mostly intact frontage and Pharmacy interior circa 1900. Grade II Listed featuring a showcase of late Victorian display fittings, lighting, some Art Nouveau decorative flourishes; the craftsmanship obvious and the dedicated preservation adding a patina of authenticity and authority. Evocative, amazingly well preserved, attractive and a functional business.
