I received exceptional customer service from a dispenser behind the counter NIlam. Her product knwledge is excellent. The pharmacy is well stocked with all the products available. And the team themselves are very efficient and productive. I had a very good experience and will definitely come again.

I visited Church Pharmacy around 10am to get a skin condition checked, and the service was excellent. They diagnosed me on the spot and gave me the right medication straight away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and direct with their explanation. The whole process was smooth and efficient—from consultation to getting the treatment. I highly recommend this pharmacy if you want prompt help for simple symptoms. It’s much more convenient and reliable than waiting for a GP appointment or calling 111. They knew exactly what the issue was and took care of it right away.
Decent pharmacy with good opening hours. Staff are nice and I've never had a problem getting my meds from them.

I’ve experienced awful customer service and quite frankly, neglect at this chemist. Ordered a prescription without being asked the required questions and when I went to collect it, they informed me they didn’t order it and they hadn’t collected the correct information from me. I’m now out of essential medication I take daily and trying to organise an emergency prescription. No empathy or considered apology either. Atrocious.

Says it’s open til 19.30 on a Sunday so arrive at 18.00 only to find it shut. Super helpful.
