The company refuses to fulfill its obligations, do not buy things from them. I regretted that I spent more than £5000 in this store for the whole family! After contacting support, I realized that they don’t want to do anything.
Absolutely love this brand. Amazing choice of products, excellent quality and I love the bright colours. Always patiently waiting for the new spring/summer collection. I have pretty much all of their shirts. Everything arrives fast and customer care is great. Favourite place to shop!
Been using this shop for several years now and it's always well stocked with good quality reasonably priced outdoor wear. In our experience the staff are always super friendly and attentive. It's been a particular favourite for my sons who always ask to come here for their ski wear for our annual family ski trips. Looking forward to stopping by again soon for our ski trip in mid-Feb
First visit to your store today to buy a pair of gloves for my brother, went to pay and was told they don't have any change in the till at all, basically if I don't have the right amount in cash it's card payment only. It was at 10am on the 21st of December and was told they don't bother getting change for their shop as their is no bank in braehead. Every shop should have plenty of change in their till for any customer to pay by any form of payment they want to. I was told by the employee we live in a cashless society. I am self employed and I can confirm we definitely do not live in a cashless society. I will not be back in your store and would have not payed with card but was in a rush as I had been on your shop opening from 9am.
Easy to find items and noted that there were SALE items available too.
This is a really nice store with great helpful staff and a good full range well priced products with everything from socks to skiing gear
First visited after Xmas had not heard of this shop. Can’t keep away now. Great clothing, always a good deal on. Staff friendly and helpful, will be back again
This place has some great outdoor winter gear. It has all the hats and gloves you could need to stay warm. It also has a good selection of skiing and snowboarding gear. The stuff in hear is also reasonably priced for what it is I would recommend.
