   Required an emergency supply of medication as I travelled to the area without my medication. Was advised by 111 that they sent my details to this pharmacy and that I should call them to advise them of this and to check if they have the medication available. The people I spoke to were clueless and unhelpful.

   I've never had a late prescription or an incorrect prescription, but the staff inside just seem like they don't care, they certainly never seem happy and it feels like you're disturbing them when you walk to the front desk.

   This is an absolute awful chemist very rude man. Something dodgey must be going on here after reading some of the other reviews it seems like a lot of “missing” prescriptions happen often. I went in and he told me he gave me my diabetic meds already but lied and when I called another pharmacy (one I used to visit) he said there is a prescription waiting at Lindsey pharmacy then I got abused infront of several people of him calling me a liar and laughing at me when I told him I am very desperate and need meds today as I’ve already been waiting a week.

   The worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Rude staff, repeated failure to order prescriptions which has lead to missed drs appointments. Find another chemist if you can.
