   Excellent pharmacy which went out of their way to help me try and find vegan-friendly medicine. Alas, it was in vain as everything had animal products in them but I really appreciated their efforts. They went above and beyond by reading all the ingredients of the medicines. Thank you!

   Been attending this pharmacy for over a decade now and have always found the staff courteous, professional and willing to assist in any way they can. Visited again today for flu vaccination & was so easy. Seen on time and done within minutes. So glad we have this level of attentiveness just across the road.

   Called the pharmacy to make an enquiry and the person I spoke to (probably the manager) was incredibly rude. He kept cutting me off mid-sentence, and it was obvious that he wasn't actually listening to what I was saying. He also started talking to someone else while I was speaking and generally sounded like he wanted to just get it over with. The solution he offered was futile, which given the above, is unsurprising. Clearly basic etiquette is beyond him, and being busy isn't a valid excuse for discourtesy. I'd suggest avoiding this pharmacy if possible.

   Unfortunately I had the worst experience at this pharmacy. The standard has drastically gone down. The new manager is extremely rude, doesn't really care about the patients, please bring the old manager back, the new manager is ridiculous at providing any services, he has no sense of talking to people and he is absolute incompetent of being a pharmacist.

   Have been visiting this pharmacy for many years now and have NEVER received good customer service. The old lady is very rude and I have been tolerating her for many years but my last visit has finally pushed me to leave a bad review. Have everything you need apart from the welcome and service.

   The worst pharmacy Collins in queensbury. I am diabetic I have not been able measure my blood sugar even though I have told them I have no HCT glucose sticks no sleeping table not been for two day now

   The staff at Collins are so helpful. They have been great assisting me with my Dad's medication and any queries 'face to face' or on the phone, when I haven't been able to get hold of his GP. Very informative and friendly.

   The chemist is clean, efficient & well stocked. I can get everything I need. However there is a pharmacy assistant behind the counter, a mature English lady in her 60s probably, who needs to improve her customer service skills. She not friendly and at times is impolite. She can be gruff. She is knowledgeable but needs to cheer up a bit. Apart from that all the other staff are nice. Perhaps the pharmacy assistant should go on a customer service training course. This is my honest opinion.
