   I have been using this pharmacy for about a year and whenever my GP sends my prescription to them their system is very slow they never get it to them on time. Every time you go to them and ask them for a prescription by telling them your name, they say, "Nothing, shown" And then when you say, "No, the doctor said I have sent it," they say, "Oh, I will refresh the system and check." Then they say, "Yes, one medicine has arrived." Then they refresh the system again. Then another medicine arrives. Then they refresh the system again. Very pathetic service. The staff here are very rude and have absolutely no manners. They have absolutely no manners to talk to or listen to customers.

   We had our yellow fever jab here. Staff and manager were friendly and very helpful. The only negative I would say is that the 2 certificates we needed for our parents to show they didn’t need the jabs was £70. That’s a lot for completing a tiny form.

   Absolutely terrible service. I was given old stock medicine for my 8 month son with a couple of months left for expiry date and when I complained the owner wouldn’t give me a replacement. The owner was rude. Avoid if you can!
