This pharmacy delayed my life-saving medication for two months. These medications must be taken on time to prevent a stroke, and this delay put my health in serious danger. Despite clear instructions to deliver to my workplace, they delivered my medication to a neighbor without my consent. This level of negligence is dangerous and unacceptable.
I am sorry but I was looking for convenience and nobody told me I had to take the blood sample to the post office myself. This isn't something you would expect after paying £69 for a cholesterol test. Now I've had to google how to store blood at home, and I am hoping I can make it to the post office tomorrow morning with 2 toddlers, in the snow. Won't be using their services again.
I had both my COVID vaccines here and the outside staff were rude and dismissive and didn't seem to have much of a system, but the inside staff were really nice. In all honesty they aren't set up for mass vaccinations and ended up having to wait quite a while past my allocated time to get my vaccine.

Just had my first COVID vaccine. Cannot speak highly enough of the service. All the staff starting and finishing with the security man. Friendly cheerful and very helpful. The medical staff were friendly and reassuring. A truly excellent service. Quick and easy
