   Honestly very disappointed in this pharmacy. My daughter had a very bad illness the doctor had prescribed her medication to collect from this pharmacy. When I go there they told me it’s out of stock and I would have to ring other pharmacies to go get it. I spent hours of my day trying to find this medication for my daughter who was suffering at home. I went in again the next day and they told me the same thing even though I contacted the doctor where they said it was most definitely sent to the pharmacy. After 5 days I go again and started arguing with the pharmacist as something wasn’t right. They then apologised and realised they had the medication all along and that they had a mix up. This is really unacceptable the fact I have to raise my voice for them to actually start looking for my daughters medication is poor. She would’ve been better by now we had to cancel trips becos of her illness. This is very bad as a pharmacy please do better.

   This is a real, properly & professionally run pharmacy of the highest quality. Having had a nasty cough & runny nose for 16 days, I asked to see the pharmacist, who I saw almost immediately, without an appointment. Natasha was absolutely amazing. Asking loads of questions & then suggesting a test for sinusitis, which proved to be positive & the likely cause of all the problems. Within a few minutes my prescription had been filled & I was on my way. No waiting an hour on the phone for the GP, to get a phone appointment sometime next week. I get all my monthly meds from Greenlight anyway & have done so for a year since I left Boots. A decision I don’t regret one bit. Thank you again Natasha & Greenlight Pharmacy in Manor Road, Borehamwood!

   Whilst they’re not my nominated pharmacy they have nearly always had stock of my medication where my primary pharmacy more often doesn't. Great service and friendly.

   This is what a chemist should be like. From text messages to inform you when your prescription is ready to the ability to provide flu prevention vaccines and a first class travel clinic. The pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We are so fortunate to have this pharmacy on our doorstep.

   Cant believe I am writing a review about a pharmacy , but they really do go above and beyond. Fantastic service, including a text service that lets you know that your prescription has arrived (one less thing to think about!) Staff are super helpful and friendly. Really cant recommend them enough.
