   I never listen to negative, bad reviews as you have to go with your own individual, personal experience. I find The Village Pharmacy quite exemplary in their care and professionalism. Nahid is very personable and helpful, and as I need quite rare heart pills, when they order them, they deliver to me which is very kind and it’s appreciated. Many thanks Jacqueline (Sidney)

   Rude, uninterested staff with awful customer service. High prices, some items are priced almost DOUBLE what they are in Tesco and other shops nearby, poor stock levels too, the shelves are often empty. The place is dirty too, it needs a good dust and hoover, the lower shelves are disgusting, with hair and dust on stock items etc..The worst pharmacy with the worst staff in the area. My elderly mum asked for some assistance with her walking stick while she was in the pharmacy, she was struggling to click it into position so it wouldn't collapse, but was struggling because she has arthritis in her fingers.. the middle aged Asian fella with the beard behind the counter just gave her a flat "NO".. that's the kind of attitude you will encounter in this shop. Avoid.

   My daughter has a bad urine infection. She cries everytime she wees. I took her hospital on bank holiday Monday and cos it was shut had to wait till Tuesday. Waited till 9am to run there to get her prescription but they still was shut. Didn't actually open till 10am. Joke...
