   Since the change in ownership, the service has gone downhill. I ordered my regular prescription and received a message saying it was ready for collection. When I arrived, I was told they had given my medication to someone else. I asked them to prepare a replacement—since it was clearly their error—and was assured it would be ready by the end of the day. A full day passed, and when I returned, they told me they actually couldn’t issue it and that I would need to call 111 to get a new prescription (never gave a call to comunicate this) After a long and unnecessary argument, I ended up contacting my GP, who thankfully sent a new prescription right away. This entire situation was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I’ve decided I won’t be using this pharmacy again. I’m switching to a different one where I can trust the service.

   Flu jab, booked on the NHS app, got cancelled with no notification. Ok, fair enough, slip-ups can happen, but the nurse would offer no explanation and no apology, just an angry and unconvincing "it's not me, it's the NHS" for me having dared to ask. It's poor customer service. No wonder Medipharmacy Group has gone bust.

   They’re alright. Get the job done. I wouldn’t say they are the friendliest. I walked into pick up my prescription and waited at the counter. A young attractive woman with long dark hair saw I was waiting and instead of greeting me, she just stared at me like I was a 3 headed alien. Was a bit awkward. It’s basic manners people, just greet people who come into your shop.

   Super friendly, helpful and efficient. They've gone out of their way to help me with last minute prescriptions. As someone who has massive needlephobia, they did my flu jab. Couldn't feel a thing (no sharp scratch or anything), the most painless vaccine I've ever had.

   This is an extremely efficiently run pharmacy with very friendly, kind and helpful staff who go out of their way to sort out any problems with prescriptions and to procure medications even when not in stock. The opening hours are the best I have seen and very few pharmacies provide such an excellent service to the customers. I am impressed with Medipharmacy Raynes Park every single time I have had to deal with them. Thank you.
