   Used to be a great pharmacy but not anymore. I went there with my sick child and explained the symptoms and ask them to check his throat. The lady pharmacist said he is fine and didn’t need an antibiotics, and I need to come back in three days ( she didn’t even measure his temperature). I went to another chemist straight after (5 min walk) and they measured my son’s temperature (which was 38.9) and said the throat is inflamed and has a pus coming out and prescribed antibiotics straight away. I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone they just don’t care at all.

   Used to be great now an absolute rip-off. Just bought a packet of tablets, and when the lady scanned it, I said, “That’s way too high!” I asked if prices had gone up everywhere or just there she shrugged and said, “I don’t know.” So I called another chemist right after £7 cheaper. SEVEN POUNDS. That’s outrageous. Completely disgraceful pricing. Never going there again. Price-gouging at its finest

   We are so fortunate to have this amazing pharmacy in our area. Mr Patel and Ms Patel are incredible pharmacists. They have a wealth of clinical experience that they share with their patients. They explain how to take medications correctly and with best efficacy. They give the Covid and flu injections with great care and professionalism. They are exemplary. Thank you for being there for us all.

   Very patronising condescending young locum pharmacist who was very unhelpful and unprofessional before screaming at me she was in the midst of showing another customer her unhelpful nature. Such a shame as on my first visit they went above and beyond ( was told it would have been the Owner) once I called this young lady out on her unprofessionalism and how I would be making a complaint she went ballistic and proceeded to scream her dad is the owner in an entitled manner. Ruining the reputation of her father who was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Based on the other reviews seems I’m not the only one to encounter the wrath of this crazy woman.

   The young woman at the front counter is extremely rude and aggressive. She called me “rude” when I asked her how long the wait for my prescription will be as I had been sitting and waiting there for 20 minutes already. And she had the audacity to tell me to “get out the way for other customers” when I was waiting for my prescription and no one else was in the store.

   Female Pharmacist is very bullying and speaks to grown people , that work in the nhs aswell like children . Very not comforting rather bullying go to another pharmacy if you want to be dealt with correctly

   Just cannot believe the reaction I got just cause I was on a work call for 3 minutes while my son was in the push chair. The woman at the counter aggressively came pointing the push chair asking me to leave the shop and make the call. It was only for 3 minutes. I cannot move with the push chair and a 3 year old that swiftly of course !
