Booked a flu jab several weeks ahead of time. With one working day to go, received a message to say due to unforeseen circumstances my appointment had been cancelled. No offer to rebook me. 2 weeks later exactly the same happened to my husband. Unacceptable level of customer service. Now having to wait again for booking at another pharmacy. Hope I don't catch flu in the interim. Given one star as I guess they bothered to notify me..
It is a joke. Ordered a prescription a week ago, but not ready. Asked me to come back in 15mins. But still not ready. Really terrible service overall.
Booked my flu jab here. On the day of my jab, they gave me a courtesy call to let me know my age group could get free jabs if I waited a few more days - which was thoughtful of them. Jab day was fine, friendly, polite, helpful service. Quite busy - but it's worth the convenience. Also the Sainsburys is a huge one, so plenty of variety on the shelves if you're up for killing 2 birds with one stone.
Couldn't believe the bad reviews on here. I get regular medication here and it is always available and always ready for me to pick up. The pharmacist is always willing to have a private chat regarding any ailments. I do shop at Sainsbury's so fit pharmacy visit around shopping.
This place is always a hassle,only one member of staff seems to know what she is doing,Aero,don’t know if her name is spelt like that but it is how it is said. When she is not working there is nearly always a queue, standing at the counter you feel as if you are being ignored.we had a problem,phone was always engaged,we had to travel back again,asked about the phone only to be told it had not worked for days.at the moment one word describes the place. USLESS.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They are always losing my prescriptions then have the nerve to blame the doctors. They are rude and very unhelpful. Every time I have been in the queue there are always complaints about them being slow and losing people prescriptions. They just dont care about the people who use there service. There are many reasons that they are the worst pharmacy in the area. I will never use them again.
