   I spoke to the pharmacist Manish and he was extremely helpful and understanding. I have been suffering with balance problems and my GP didn't seem to understand what the issue was. Manish was able to provide me with a deeper understanding of what could be causing my balance issues and then upon returning to see him he explained in a manner I could understand the medication and what it will do. Something my GP should have done but didn't.

   This is one of the worst experiences you can have there !!! All those staff members are super duper slow ..! Always out of stock medicine !! I was waiting for 40 mins just to speak to a pharmacist !!! And the end they are still busy and can’t speak to me any longer!!! I wish one day I can have my own pharmacy and show the people around how can make things better and more faster and smooth!!!!

   As others have noted service has gone downhill considerably. After a wasted trip I tried calling back another day only to be put on hold for over 5 minutes while staff were busy gossiping and laughing.. The sound could be heard clearly in the background. NHS prescriptions receive wildly different levels of service compared to private too, even when they are at fault no effort is made to make things right. Senior Pharmacists in charge are not at fault as anytime I've been served by them its been excellent.

   Really bad service... I went yesterday with my daughter, 7:50pm, I stayed in a qeue for 13mins, to get medication, spend the time in a qeue, as I left baby at home with my husband, to get some sore throat medication Diflam, which can be sold only behind the counter, it was quiet busy, I thought they still will serve me and the other family which was behind... Doctor came out, and said they are closed... and they can't serve us anymore!!! Excuse me?!! They saw us in a qeue .... I just felt so badly, as this service is so rubbish... it was 8:03pm!!!! Just avoid this pharmacy... Horrible service....

   Sadly this pharmacy has gone down in customer service over the years with long delays and frequent lose of my prescriptions within what looks like extremely poor filing system. Despite a couple of very helpful assistants and the main pharmacist being excellent the majority of staff are incredibly slow and unhelpful. One female pharmacist is difficult to communicate with and shows huge arrogance. The other low reviews demonstrate consistent issues

   It was exceptional, I rang them beforehand to get an information about the medication I was prescribed which the pharmacies don’t hold a stock and needs to be ordered, the lovely lady explained to me what the procedure is and how much it will cost (as it is a private prescription) which by the way was a lot cheaper than the other pharmacies, I went there, ordered it and they assured me that they will place the order with the supplier straightaway. quick and easy service, thank you so much.
