   It's really hard to get through their landline and then, even if they tell you that the prescription is ready to collect, you may end up waiting for 30+ minutes. There is no sense of urgency among the staff and they do not prioritise people waiting at the till, but appear to continue working on whatever

   I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years and in that time I have seen it go from an efficient friendly establishment to the unfriendly (not Jaz) inefficient place it is today. I'm supposed to have my meds delivered but this can now take up to three weeks from the doc sending the script electrictronic to pharmacy. It is clear that this small pharmacy needs to expand, more dispensers are needed and delivery drivers needed. Its evident they can no longer cope with the volume of prescriptions. Sorry to say it won't be long before I, sadly, have to go elsewhere. From Alison Bridger.

   Friendly and helpful staff. Imperial pharmacy have come to the rescue on a number of occasions when my local pharmacy have been unable to obtain certain medications. Other reviews have mentioned long wait times, and whilst I have experienced this a few times , it honestly is not any different to where I normally go. I would recommend this pharmacy.

   I’ve been using this chemist since 2007 and if there was less than one star I would have used that today. Even after waiting over hour and half there were some missing bp tablets. I was given wrong medication before more than once and was accused of not paying which we proved we were right going back few years. There should be a better system they use instead of letting people wait for so long with ill health. After all we go in there for medication because we aren’t well not for a day out.

   Very long wait to get medicine. Loads of staff, but speed is soooo slow… Also cashier needs some customer service training on how to communicate with clients as she didnt sound or look friendly at all (personal mood shouldn’t affect customer service job). Another thing- it’s more expensive than in other pharmacies.

   Long waits up to 30 mins for repeat prescriptions. Jazz is very helpful but the wait is very frustrating especially when you are given incorrect information.
