   Absolutely terrible experience at Well Pharmacy, they workers are 100% frauds. I was charged £34 for an item that costs £15. They first said to me it is £18 but when i sent my son after 30 minutes later they charged him £34 and said ‘NHS tax’ and the receipt simply said “Dispensary Sale” — no explanation or transparency at all. This kind of overcharging is unacceptable and feels deeply dishonest and fraudulent behaviour. The staff were highly disrespectful, they said stuff like they don’t care and cant do anything and shouted at me several times. I strongly recommend double-checking prices before paying here. I’ll be reporting this issue and will not be returning. The staff are highly rude and this should be reported to NHS and WellPharmacy head office. I will be contacting them. Market price on these strips are £12.

   Today, 4th October, I tried to explain to the pharmacist the medication I needed, but her attitude was unacceptable. She rolled her eyes and also provided me with incorrect information, which I later verified. In addition, she spoke to other customers in the same patronising manner. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience, and I hope this person is offered training, especially as she is in contact with people who may need to communicate sensitive information.

   I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help. The manager runs the place with true dedication — you can tell by how smoothly everything operates and how happy the team is to assist customers. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure my prescriptions were handled quickly and accurately. It’s rare to find a pharmacy where both the manager and the staff show such genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for top-notch service and a team that truly puts patients first!

   Every time I went there the staff was unfriendly and cold. It's uncomfortable to wait there for your prescription while all the pharmacists gossip among themselves and ignore you. My prescription was supposed to be ready last Thursday but to be sure and because I didn't need it right away, I came on TUESDAY and it still was not ready! And it's happened before. They ended up giving me an emergency prescription and I got my medicine but they didn't even seem sorry or show any empathy, so I've changed my nominated pharmacy. You're supposed to be able to trust your pharmacist and ask them questions about very personal aspects of your health, and none of the people I interacted with the past 6 months ever gave me that feeling.

   A huge thank you to a member of the staff - forgive me if I have misspelt this lovely lady's name 'Zhya.. who kindly showed so much compassion for a difficult situation of mine, went above and beyond her duties to personally ensure my son had a much needed medicine I was unable to collect! I was and am so grateful for this act of pure kindness!
