   Quality has went downhill since they started using their own brand sweatshirts. They are awful material and don’t last anymore, almost like a plastic material. They don’t wash well and can’t be ironed. Also the older woman with blonde bobbed hair and glasses and works in the Airdrie branch is one of the most horrible people I’ve ever came across. She’s been really abrupt to me a few times and I’ve also heard her being cheeky to others. She gets a right kick out of thinking she’s right even when she isn’t. She doesn’t back down. I overheard someone say they were in to pick up a click and collect order and the woman’s asked if she got a txt. She replied ‘yes’ and the smirk on the workers face was shocking then she said ‘well I was in charge of doing the click and collect orders and I never sent any txts’ really underhand and snake like - she shouldn’t be in that job. I’ve started buying elsewhere now. Could reel off loads of other things she’s done but instead I’ll just warn others and I’ll buy all my stuff elsewhere.

   Third year in a row problems ordering uniform. You sent my son to High School last year with no blazer as ordered wrong size. Again this year you have ordered the wrong hoodies. Was told we'll contact you when in but as with original order I had to chase you. Was told one week for hoodies and two weeks later I come to check and they're sitting waiting, but no contact. Understand how busy you are but more attention to detail when ordering and keeping customer informed needed.

   I called the Airdrie store today to explain that I got a text on 1st of August to say my sons polo shirt was ready to be collected but my mother had just passed away so I haven't had the chance to collect this yet and asked if she could check if they still had it and if they could keep it until tomorrow. The lady on the phone was rude and said we will still have it anyway we only ask you collect as soon as possible because we are really busy bye and then hung up. The customer service I received was disappointing to say the least.

   We ordered a bulk batch of leavers hoodies for our P7s a few months ago and my little boy lost his and was absolutely devastated. I contacted Scotcrest to see what could be done and the manager Ralph dealt with this very efficiently and was able to arrange a replacement. Very fast response and made my little boys day. Highly recommended using this company, quality is superb and their customer service goes above and beyond.

   Bought some school ties for my grandchildren who enrolled yesterday. What a great selection of uniforms. Staff were helpful about dozing and time span for full uniform. It is good to have a local resource.

   Fast, friendly, professional service. Literally one-stop shopping for everything a kid would need for primary school - uniforms, gym kits, even school bags. High school students are very well covered as well, but things like gym shorts and school bags are probably best sourced for individual preference and so, not carried here.

   Great choice of uniforms, however the shopping experience was soured by the sharp comments from a staff member regarding the queuing system which wasn't marked out. As a first time customer how am I supposed to know "we always queue that way". I merely joined the end of an existing queue.

   Awful... uniforms won't be ready for school starting, not as if the date was sprung on them. Sizing with the clothing is unrealistic and not good quality. Won't embroider any clothing not bought from them. They are the only company who does school badges (embroidered) so got parents over a barrel there... Over priced... staff full of excuses, unorganised and expecting a palava when I need to return all the jumpers/pullover as all far too small even when ordering a size up for daughter starting school. If I could give 0 stars I would...
