They know absolutely nothing about lesbian contraceptives and they don’t stock them either. They never have any of the medicines that I get from my GP

If I could, I would give zero stars. I asked for chloramphenicol ointment to use on my partner's sutures on his lip. He was assaulted last night and he got the sutures in A&E after waiting for a CT scan for several hours. We left the hospital at 5:00 a.m. The wonderful medical professional, Marvin, who stitched up my partner at St Mary's told us to get this ointment for his lip as a plaster would not stay. The pharmacist claimed this medicine couldn't be used on lips, sutures, or on the skin and can only be used on the eyes and that she was not allowed to sell it to me. This was despite me showing her a picture of the medicine to ensure it was the correct one as well as a picture of my partner's recently wounded face. I asked for an alternative that was specially for sutures, the lips, or the skin, something that is an alternative to a plaster, and was an antibiotic like chloramphenicol ointment. She could not give me an alternative, neither could her manager. She also shook her head as if in disbelief that I or another medical professional could be so stupid. She told me to go to Boots. Going to Boots is likely the only good advice she could ever give as obviously her medical knowledge and professionalism is lacking.

Very bad staff the way the talk to customers. They aren’t helpful, some times is good and sometimes is worst, I am recommending not to go to that pharmacy I have seen alot of people are complaining. I will never come back again

Sometimes good service, sometimes not. They can be so nice and then they treat you like they've never met you even though you're a regular.

The worst service in the area, especially the lady boss. A little bit of kindness and smile to your patients will make us better.
