   Pls. be careful if you book this pharmacy for your "free" vaccine. Went in for my "free" flu jab at this pharmacy after I was invited for this by NHS. Only to be told by Elena / Dhiran there that I would have to pay for it as the "free" vaccine offer was an error by NHS. Dhiran said the "eligibility criteria" for the free vaccine had changed and that NHS had forgotten to update this. Hence they were having to deal with several "angry" patients who were being asked to pay for the "free" vaccine. Very convenient for the business! Wonder if this is a scam?!

   The pharmacist lied to me about the medication on my prescription being ‘Out of Stock’ because they didn’t want to split the box or deal with the controlled drug. Completely unethical behaviour, didn’t anticipate me being a pharmacist myself, able to check stock with the suppliers. To the pharmacy’s response: please just stop. All pharmacies use the exact same suppliers. I have locumed in enough pharmacies to know which suppliers are available in the UK, and I have seen the boxes of the suppliers I’m referring to in your pharmacy so just stop, you are making yourself look worse. You did something wrong and are trying to cover it up, just stop. I know what you did because I’ve had a few patients complain about pharmacies doing this with their controlled drugs. I’m not using my profession to get special treatment, I am using it to emphasise to you that I know exactly what you did yesterday, stop trying to spin it any other way, apologise, and do better for the care you claim to have for your patients.
