This pharmacy is our nominated one, and up until now, we’ve always received good service. However, today we had an experience that felt rather unprofessional. We went in to collect a prescription from our GP for our four-month-old baby. Unfortunately, the prescription hadn’t yet appeared on the system — fair enough, these things can happen. A blonde lady with glasses kindly gave us the pharmacy’s phone number so we could check back later. After waiting an hour, we called, but no one answered. We decided to go back in person, only to find that the prescription still hadn’t come through. I mentioned that we’d tried calling but couldn’t get through, and the same lady who gave us the phone number replied, “because we’re busy.” That response was quite disappointing. As a pharmacy, answering calls is important — someone could be trying to reach you in an urgent situation. It’s something that really ought to be taken seriously. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended and that the service can be improved to reflect the professionalism we’ve previously experienced.

Friendly and helpful staff, providing excellent service. I used the travel clinic element and the staff assisted in helping me figure out what vaccinations were required, and were very flexible about times I could come in to receive the vaccination. not very much space to park outside but you can park in morrisons for free.
Honestly an absolute life saver. I am housebound due to illness and disability and the medication delivery service they offer is essential. I always get my medication when on time and the man who delivers my medication is so kind and friendly.
Managing a care home over the 20 years , this pharmacy is by far the best I have ever used. The care home services staff are very reliable and helpful. The shop has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere . The pharmacy has helped on many occasions with late deliveries especially for antibiotics and end of life medication on Friday evenings and are a god send.
Great staff but they don't do repeat prescriptions unless we have to get there physically and order and the phone is mostly busy... I wish them well but will order my prescriptions elsewhere...
