    Absolutely disgusting service. I rang this pharmacy on Saturday night at 8:28 PM to ask if the pharmacist on duty could provide the Pharmacy First service β€” an NHS service that should be available to patients, especially when GP surgeries are closed. Instead of offering help, the pharmacist told me she had 30 minutes until closing and "didn’t have time" to do any more. As a pharmacist myself, I find this attitude completely unacceptable. I would never turn a patient away, particularly out of hours when there are so few options available. This kind of laziness and disregard for patient care is shocking. Patients rely on Pharmacy First when they have nowhere else to turn. Refusing to help goes against everything we stand for in this profession. I would not trust this pharmacist (Yunis) to put patients first when it really matters.

    Ordered medication via Asda online doctor, received an email at 9am to state it was approved & to collect. I attended at 440pm and there was a sign stating that between 440pm and 510pm there would be no prescriptions issued or pharmacist available (away on lunch!) I returned after 630pm and was met by the manager, she initially said "oh it might not be ready" then she fumbled around and came back and said "sorry, no stock" I was baffled, there was no help or suggestions, nothing. It was quite obvious she did not want to help or rectify the situation....or she was just plain lying. Asda online doctor states if the pharmacy has an issue with the order they should call their team. I was just fobbed off and told I would probably get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Most pharmacies where there are stock issues can order medication in for collection (usually within 24-48hrs)...I haven't been given a refund, just left in the lurch, no medication and out of pocket. Looking at the other reviews I shouldn't have ordered medication to this pharmacy...there's clearly serious issues.

    Really bad experience. Pharmacist was often not available for the opening hour when I tried collecting prescriptions for my kids in the morning. Today it reached new heights - they put message that pharmacist suddenly has 30 min break after myself and several people were waiting in a long queue. Those things should at least be communicated clearly and in advance.

    Hopeless….took 3 days to get in a prescription. No one answers the phone. When I came for the 3rd time to pick it up they told me come back in 15 mins - they hadn’t even got it together after all that time!

    Dispensed me the totally wrong medication. Got home and found out. Cannot get through on the phone. Always late too order your medication too

    The worst customer service, they always contacted my doctor for my prescription, I went to collect it as usual to be told they don’t do that anymore and I had to contact my gp, I have no problem with that but not to be told before I had to go with tablets for 4 days. Whenever you go there one person tells you one thing and someone else tells you something else

    i rang the store because nobody could get my prescription, i spoke to a guy named stuart. he did everything he could to help me, he went that extra mile and sorted it all out for me.AAA* fantastic service, thank you so much for your help. best service i have ever had. credit to this guy. brilliant.

    Really slow service. Most of the time they don't have medicines in stock. Staff needs more training. Have no respect for the customers. Never say hello when u go there. Please please give extra training and manners to the staff . Will avoid next time...
