   Pharmacist is incredibly rude and unhelpful. and provided incorrect information. Went to Boots pharmacy instead who were incredibly helpful in rectifying the issue.

   Unprofessional and carless service - arrived for my appointment only to be kept waiting by front desk, then told that my inoculation appointment was cancelled due to medication not available. When asked as to why I wasn’t notified, having provided my details at time of booking, the staff member simply shrugged their shoulders. I then asked to reschedule my appointment, again told 'dont know'. In the current climate of Pharmacy closures, seems Superdrug are not interested in providing basic customer service. I will be taking my custom elsewhere. I replied to Superdrug Customer service requesting for a re scheduled appointment and still no response - a truly useless organisation.
