   I've worked in a pharmacy before. We never treated customers the way these guys treated my wife. She went in for a pay for flu jab. They immediately tell her it's not free, without even finding out she was a paying patient ! Other annoying events took place. This lot are so not nice people and seriously lack people skills. One to be avoided at all costs !!

   Very unhelpful stuff. We booked the flu vaccine but they said they couldn’t find us. Showed them my email confirmation about the appointment. Then wait for another 10 mins and be told they couldn’t find out NHS number. Just couldn’t believe it as we had our flu vaccine here last year. Wasted of our time.

   Brilliant pharmacy where all the staff are so helpful. Had my Covid vaccine today. the fact they send out a text message when my prescription is ready to collect is so appreciated. used them for around 7 years. I wouldn't use anyone else.

   I have been using Gaigers Chemist since February 2019. The customer service is fantastic, If an item is not in they tell you straight away to come back a couple of days later. They also do home deliveries which is fantastic, for people may not be able to get out. I would certainly recommend this chemist. Keep up the good work.
