Used to be with Rushtons. Then once the owner retired the new pharmacist was aggressive and disrespectful. Andres fortunately has been a godsend and outstanding ever since. They know you by your name, give time, courtesy and respect. Especially the young lady Pharmacist. AH.
I want to thank Shehed (the very pretty one) for her excellent prescription which cured my oozy chin pimples nearly instantly. One week later...the pimples are gone! Rita chased after me when I left my backpack behind. She had to run very fast because I was on my mobility scooter! Very useful for me that I get my meds delivered to my home. Staff is always friendly and helps with other medical issues. I think it was Enoch that reminded me I was allergic to penicillin that I forgot to tell the hospital doctor, who prescribed an ointment that was unsuitable! So that saved me from weeks of itching! THANK YOU ALL at Andres Pharmacy!
Andres has been my official pharmacy for 6 years but I have been their customer for over a decade. Rita, Zeinab and Shehed are very efficient, professional, helpful and amiable. I find the text reminders to collect medication very helpful. I am very pleased with the service the pharmacy provides.
Andres has been my family’s pharmacy for over 35 years. Will I ever change to another pharmacy? No. They are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff Ratan and Shehed are always looking after our wellbeing. They remind us of taking our flu vaccinations and blood pressure readings. There are constant reminders of making sure that our repeat prescriptions are correctly taken. Thank you all at Andres for being amazing for the community.

I was a customer for nearly two decades and pharmacists were friendly yet polite. However, they never did anything out of script. There has been a new management for around a year. They have been nothing but EXTRAORDINARY. New young pharmacist and his staff have gone the extra mile with me to the point of having a positive impact both in my health and my finances. The status of what I pay for my medication has changed to not paying a penny. My flue vaccine is now done at the chemist's (more convenient). My medication which is a lot come now in handy containers specifying day of week and times to be taken. There is much more but those are my key elements for this review without sending you to sleep if I continued
