My family have been attending this pharmacy for over 30 years. They look after myself, my mother and brother, often dropping off medications directly to our home. Their service and care for the community is exceptional and they are truly what makes the NHS great. I would recommend everyone in the area to attend this pharmacy.
Really the most helpful and supportive staff who have continually gone above and beyond to help with prescriptions or organising deliveries. When my husbands prescription had not yet been sent across to them the same prescription over 5 days and 2 calls to the doctor Alpha sorted it out and then delivered. They also offer a wide range of non prescription items at very competitive prices but the customer service is the thing that stands out above all.
I had to get some medicines on prescription for my father urgently in a rush, which are not kept readily in stock usually by any pharmacy - and this pharmacy was very helpful in getting them for me as quickly as possible, and kept me updated on what was happening throughout. Super kind and lovely staff all round, and I am very glad I ended up going to them. They have been super helpful. Thank you so very much!!
This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to I have found them very helpful and even put themselves out to go to my doctor and sorted my prescription out for me and also the delivery service it great always delivered with a smile keep up the good work
I've been using this Pharmacy for quite a few years now and in comparison to the others , they are definitely helpful, informative and care about the well being of their patients. I find that that they are also very personal and know their patients on a first name basis. Knowledgeable since I normally call for advice for myself and the rest of the family if I'm not sure the ailment requires an appointment or not, and I always get practical advice or asked to come in so they can see what the issue is. I usually try to request my prescriptions in advance with the doctor , but I always seem to forget and have just a few left before I put in my new prescription. In this insistence the Alpha Pharmacy send the prescription for me ( to the surgery) and then after a few days deliver it to my door, before I run out. It's always so thoughtful, and stops me chasing my doctors surgery and also the chemist. A brilliant service for our community, which require these important places on a daily basis, keep up the good work and thank you for all your support and assistance you have given to me and my family. I hope others get to experience this brilliant customer service you offer.

I have been with this pharmacy since I was a child. The customer service they provide has been excellent. Throughout covid period they have been delivering medications to patients on time, without delay. My neighbours have reported this too. The pharmacists here are very knowledgeable. When I've had issues with repeat prescriptions (because they have not been prescribed by the GP) they have always taken time to communicate with the GP to try and resolve the matter. The staff that work there care about patients and try their best to help. Very grateful to the alpha pharmacy team for their hard work and quality of service they provide. Thank you!
