   Such a rude man at the counter. He continued to do his work on the computer as I waited and waited to be served by him. I eventually asked him how long he was going to be as I was in a hurry and he told me off saying I could see when I came in that he was in the middle of doing things. How Rude! I cannot believe such appalling service from a pharmacy who are supposed to help people. I asked if anyone else could serve me and he said No! The ladies behind the counter no doubt could see I was waiting but didn’t bother to assist and continued to chat amongst themselves. I had to leave and drive to another pharmacy…

   Exceptionally rude gentleman behind the counter. He shouldn't be in a public facing role with such terrible manners, and attitude. Definitely not community minded, will not use this pharmacy again.

   Mohammed Tasleem Sabir has no idea how a pharmacist works apparently. The quantities that you are allowed are prescribed by your doctor not the pharmacist. Also with generic medicines which are favoured by the NHS they may come from any one of a number of approved manufacturers. The pharmacist does not need to consult your doctor or you before changing manufacturer from the list of approved suppliers. In a lot of cases as some medicines are in short supply and will become worse when we leave Europe you can expect frequent changes.

   They never have the prescriptions ready and 90% never have the complete prescription. They are not able to order patients regular medication in (I have been using them for 3 years now). Staff has been rude other people who have gone to collect medicine for me. They have change medication brands over without asking me or the doctor. You ask for 2 months supply (which we are allowed) and they only order for 1 week. They will never have the order ready unless you call them or go and wait. Other pharmacies do not have this problem. Waited 10 day for my medication and they need to order some and could not be bothered to order it so now I have to go other pharmacies and get the rest of my prescription. Stupid, Lazy, Disorganised They seem to disorganised and have un professional and untrained staff. NOT HAPPY will change and tell others to change as well.

   A very friendly and helpful Pharmacy. I was shocked to see the review below. I questioned it with the owners and as I thought, the inflated cost that were described were not true. They have never sold paracetamol for £8.00 and the surgical gloves were £1.50 per pair, due to supplier increased costs at that time. Please visit them to make your own informed decision.
