   Booked a private flu vaccination online, initially I booked for a Saturday and the booking was cancelled, when I phoned to query it I was told they don’t offer the service on Saturdays (so perhaps the booking system shouldn’t offer those times!), but was able to rebook for a Friday. The pharmacist was very reassuring and thoroughly explained everything. Afterwards I was allowed to leave straight away which was good (previously in other places I’ve have had to wait 15 mins before leaving). Would use them again for this service.

   We visited Kamsons, Wrythe Lane today for Covid and flu jabs. Excellent service as usual, especially for my son who has a severe learning disability and needs to be welcomed and reassured. The pharmacist and reception went the extra mile for us. Cannot praise them too highly.

   Brilliant service - came earlier in the week with a few mild symptoms, was given over the counter medication and told to come back in three days if there was no improvement. On my return, I was able to used the Pharmacy First services to get an instant consultation with a doctor to be able to receive antibiotics. Really kind and quick service from the staff, and saved loads of time from having to wait for a GP appointment. Thanks so much!

   They never seem to have many over the counter items in stock and if they do they are always the "large" size and I've found some of the staff to be very rude and unhelpful at times. I'd rather go else where to be honest.

   Not very professional at all. Far too many mistakes. I only give 2 stars because some of the staff are helpful and quick to correct their own confusions. But I am still disappointed of the service in general.
