   Rang in the morning to check if my prescription would be ready if I came to collect at lunch. It would be. Arrived at 12.20 and was told it just need the pharmacists signature and was asked to sit down.. 20 minutes later a queue had started to build and nobody had received a prescription. After enquiring was told the pharmacist was in a consultation (would have been better if I'd been told when I arrived). He finally emerged and signed our prescriptions. I ended up waiting for approximately 35 minutes. With the walk to and from the pharmacy that's almost an hour of my lunch break gone.. without any lunch. I did not receive an apology.

   This was the only pharmacy operating until 6 and was a life savour for people who work full time and can only attend in the weekends and was helpful with emergency last minute medications , very upsetting it’s closing at 1 like many other pharmacies and now I have to travel God knows where. Apart from that good staff

   Ordinarily this is a good pharmacy but recently I went to purchase cough linctus and the staff were quite happy to forget I was there until, after about 10 minutes, I asked a dispenser to serve me. Would have gone somewhere else but there isn't another pharmacy around. Next time I'll go to Sutton. This must be why high streets suffer.

   I had my first covid-19 vaccination here and all the staff were wonderful. They explained the procedures to me and I felt safe. Also after the vaccine I felt a little fatigued so I was immediately offered water. Thumbs up for Sara and Tracy and Thank you to all staff there.
