   This was only my 1st visit to this pharmacy. Firstly, it's very convenient having this next to 2 GP practices (Shotfield Medical Practice and Wallington Family Practice) so prescriptions can be sent directly to them, and your medicines picked up straight after. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, and the medicine was prepared quickly.

   I called this pharmacy around 7pm when all the GPs were closed and I couldn’t get through to a medical professional on 111. My daughter had a very high temperature and was already on antibiotics, so I needed urgent advice about whether I could give her Nurofen. The staff member who answered was extremely polite and understanding. She took the time to double-check everything with the pharmacist before giving me clear, helpful advice. In a moment of real worry, they provided reassurance and support. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism. Truly appreciated.

   Fantastic service! They really look after my elderly mother and make sure she has all her medication and supplies delivered on time and up to date . If we have any new medication they are very quick to sort Everyone is friendly and helpful, especially over the telephone. They are patient when we call. Thank you wallington Kamsons

   Excellent service, it was really busy but the pharmacist came and spoke to me asked if I could wait before she saw me. This was ok for me as I had time, if I had said no she would have seen me immediately. The pharmacist was friendly, informative and emailed my results while I was there. Great service.

   It's a shame, even after a Head Office complaint, nothing has changed. Seriously considering changing pharmacies. I need a reliable and timely distribution of medication, as a carer for my two adult children. Always taken too long. Deliveries are always late. Even at multiple different times of the day, the phone is never answered when I have an emergency. Mental Health drugs are imperative to keep taking regularly - you can't just stop taking them. So when I'm told one not-so-important drug isn't available, and then the prescription turns up and they haven't supplied an actual mental health drug, it infuriates me! Then you can't get an answer from the branch! Not good. My last complaint was months ago, and it's a shame there are zero improvements.

   I have been using Kamson's for about ten years now and bar the odd minor problem (which has always been resolved) I cannot understand the negative reviews. Excellent service, pleasant staff.

   The service I have received from the pharmacist and manager of the Wallington branch has been outstanding. The manager, Ravi, undertook additional research for my particular situation relating to overlapping vaccinations and those required for the USA. The vaccines were ordered and held in stock for me as I needed 2 different vaccinations 1 month apart and there were concerns about stock levels. When I booked for each vaccination the service was efficient and the staff helpful and friendly. Very impressive customer service. Thank you

   Very poor customer service from dispensing staff. Dispensed prescription with a missing item..had to chase up the item. Pharmacy claimed to have no trace of it & then asked me if i'd checked the items when delivered! This has happened more than once, they leave you with missing items & leave it with you to chase up! Updated Review 28.09.2021. So, this has happened again. Missing item has not been delivered. Phoned to chase up & was told it was delivered with the order. This is not true as it is an item which always needs ordering a few days after the main meds are delivered. Then i get told, just to get another prescription from the Surgery. Surely if this was not an honest mistake it is prescription fraud?? As Kamsons will have charged the NHS but not delivered an item.
