Disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist was dismissive and rude, showing a clear lack of customer care. With a role that requires so much interaction, it's crucial they receive retraining on providing decent service. Until then, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.
Great Pharmacy. Kind and highly professional pharmacists. Always willing to help sort out issues with prescriptions and with an excellent knowledge base. They will always try so hard to obtain medications, which can often be a problem. The whole team there are Helpful and professional. The range of beauty items is also excellent but you are never pushed to buy. This Pharmacy is a great asset to Chiswick.

Such a wonderful change from the industrial experience at most high street pharmacies. Beginning with the 9 am incense, the staff is plentiful and helpful, the shelves stocked with great toiletries and almost makes me want to abandon my Gillette shaving cream and triple MACH razor. Always come here before Boots. Highly recommend.
