If there was a competition for the rudest service, what I received tonight would be the winner. I have been coming to the pharmacy for years because of their great customer service, even I don’t work in Chiswick any more. I was always happy to se Eden and her colleagues, they were kind and helpful every time when I was there. Tonight I saw some new people there. A boy - I wasn’t sure what his role was there. Another male person in the suit, I presume could be the new manager. He was the one serving me. He approached me like I am some kind a nuisance, no smile, no greeting, nothing- asked me questions from the inside and because the others were talking, I couldn’t hear him and I told him so. He come closer, asked me for my name and after some search asked for my DOB ( which the other guys would ask immediately if they didn’t know you). After a long wait he found my meds and when I asked him some questions about them, he replied in such manner that I don’t want to come to this place any more. I asked the boy where are the other people who used to work there and he they are all on holiday, laughing. I told him they should think about their customer service and he was a bit surprised. I don’t believe they’re all on holiday and I don’t understand how is possible that someone is put there with no customer care skills. Especially when working int the pharmacy where we come to pick up their medication not feeling well . Lloyd’s management should think long and hard on what grounds they employ people and what are their priorities. This was, simply, one disgusting experience and I would give them -1, if it was possible.

Super rude. Called to check if they have my medication in stock. The entire conversation was with attitude and hurry. Hanged up too. Customer service needs serious work.

Excellent experience every visit !! Today I was served by a tall lady who had a hijab on, sorry didn’t get your name. You were very polite and professional in person and when I called earlier requesting my prescription to be ready sooner as I am out of town tom. Thank you and keep up the great work !

Booked an appointment for an onsite cholesterol check (£18). There was some initial delay/confusion when I arrived about my appointment. There have been recent staff shortages so this clearly affected the service, but it's to be expected especially given the pandemic. The member of staff conducted the test in a private room within the pharmacy. She was extremely professional and efficient and my test was done on the spot and I was given my results immediately, All in all it took around 15 minutes to do and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a cholesterol check to try it here. My local GP had limited availability so this was a good second option to have.

Dear Eden (at the Lloyds Pharmacy Sainsbury's Chiswick) Thank you for your courteous service this morning. Marley and the family are very grateful for your help in finding the milk we needed. Your attendance and care with which you helped is very much appreciated and an example of an excellent level of customer service. Thank you very much

While living with our daughter in Kew for a few months we needed to find a local pharmacy where we could pick up our regular medication. I thought that the Lloyd's situated in the Chiswick branch of Sainsbury would be ideal. We could pick up the medication while doing the weekly food shop. I phoned at first but after a long wait was told that there was a problem and it would be better if I came in to the branch later. I arrived at the pharmacy an hour later. At first I spoke to a young woman who was very nice and polite but who confessed that she was new and knew nothing. She said that she would speak to the pharmacist who was just out of sight. I heard her talking to the female pharmacist who was abrupt and dismissive. She returned to tell me that they could not help me and that I would have to find another chemist. The young woman appeared to be embarrassed. I left incredulous. Next stop was Boots in the high street where I was treated very well indeed. ( see my review). Not only have Lloyds lost my business but Sainsburys have also as I will have no need to go there.
