   Absolutely outrageous! I asked Bedford Park Pharmacy how much they charge for Amoxicillin and was told £18. I then called this pharmacy, and I’m almost certain the staff member told me it would be £14.99. When I went in to pay, she asked if I wanted a receipt (I usually don’t, but this time I said yes). When I checked the receipt — what a scam! They charged me £49.99 in total. The receipt even showed 2 items: one for £14.99 and another for £35.00. I only bought one item, what on earth is that extra £35 for? This is completely unacceptable — there’s no way this kind of overcharging should be legal! Of course I got a refund!

   Rally disappointed with the ear cleaning service, I went for a consultation and was informed I had large build up, the day of cleaned after the staff member competed the cleaned she informed me I barely had anything to clean. I was also told the price was £30 per ear then was changed £40. Felt like a scam, think twice before booking.

   The ladies behind the counter are very sweet. Had appointment with Ali for ear wax removal. I mentioned I suffer from Anxiety. The ear wax removal was very painful, he mentioned to me scary stuff like “last time when I did the ear wax removal I had to call an ambulance and sent the guy straight to the hospital when I did the ear wax removal”. WHY would you even mention this to a person with anxiety? I can only advise everyone to use first the ear drops/olive oil and hope it works. I got scarred for life as it was so painful and I lost all trust in Ali because he was constantly saying “it doesn’t hurt” when it obviously did. He gave me a follow up appointment for free but I cancelled it. Update in reply to the owner's reply: I used eardrops/olive oil for 2 weeks prior to my appointment. I mentioned it to Ali. recollections may vary ;-)
