    I collect all my prescriptions here. I have surgery tomorrow so had many things to sort out today. One of was a prescription to collect. The pharmacist in charge was very unhelpful. Needless to say, I had to walk away without my medication. I'm very disappointed with the service I received from my regular pharmacy. Will be changing to a different pharmacy as soon as I've recovered

    I have been trying to obtain through my prescription, Nizoral Ketoconazole 2% and no one stocks the generic version of it other than Tesco. This smarmy git refused to serve it me because the prescription said β€˜Nizoral’ not 'Ketoconazole 2%' generic! He said he would call my surgery and then changed his mind citing my bad attitude! So I’ll be having a word with the CEO over his staff member refusing to prescribe medication to a pensioner. Absolutely a bad customer service representative and makes Tesco look like 'Amateurs'!

    We were sent there by the NHS for an emergency prescription on a Saturday evening only to them shut! This is positively irresponsible and dangerous of them to provide the wrong hours to the NHS, I'd give negative stars if available.

    Went to buy some emergency ventolin from the pharmacy. Was confronted with the manager and the assistant who instead of questioning me interrogated me in front of everyone about my condition even after confirming I have asthma. They told me that my last purchase was too long ago and started analaysing my condition telling me it isn't an emergency. Disgusting behaviour and little empathy especially from the male assistant which seemed to have his own agenda. Will not be going back there
