Absolutely disgusted by what just happened at this pharmacy. To begin with the pharmacist had absolutely 0 customer service skills, I came in to make a purchase - the pharmacist then requested I write my details down, (after questioning my age, not to mention i am 30 years of age) he then told me he was going to look up my details to which he returned storming through the door claiming I was registered in a completely different area, so could not help me. He was so incompetent at his own job, if he had of taken my date of birth he would of seen I indeed am registered in the area. I am completely horrified at the service - and will be taking this complaint further, you can be assured of that! I’m still puzzled as to why this matters I was not requesting for the product for free! Never in my life have I experienced anything like it.
All the staff are so helpful and professional. Never had a bad day there. My parents have been using MPS for over 20 years and have nothing but good things to say about all the staff. I live in Dartford but use MPS as my pharmacy, that's how good my family and I think of them.
