   As others have said, this is nothing to do with the in store team. But something needs to be done regarding online orders and collection to this store. There is absolutely no customer support and no apologies from the company with mislaid orders. I was promised next day delivery to store. I am now having to chase up an order with over a week delay with no communication from the company. Disappointed in the customer service.

   Giving this pharmacy one star is over generous. Failed to order my rx twice. Colliers wood branch is better, they are more organised and friendly.

   Pharmacist unable/unwilling to help with very product advice about a very sensitive health issue . My product information query was bounced back to nice but unknowledgable assistant. What should have been said was "I'm very busy but if you can come back in 10 minutes ...". This chemist has always been my last resort and will stay that way.
