   Avoid Avoid Avoid. MOST OF THE GOOD REVIEWS WERE GIVEN FOR THE OLD MANAGEMENT (rowlands Pharmacy). This is a new pharmacy and my very first experience with them was really bad. They ordered wrong medicine and forced us to accept it. We refused but they didn't care. We had returned them the wrong medicine and now they refuse to give us the right medicine or the prescription. We are left with no medicine. Go elsewhere. The previous management's hard earned good customer reputation is down the drain. The pharmacist is very rude.

   My GP sent a Pharmacy First referral to this Pharmacy. I called ahead and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was the Pharmacist. I was suffering with a Sinus infection, I was able to get a course of antibiotics for my condition under this service. He was so helpful and polite. They offer a delivery service which is a great help as my mother is housebound.I was so impressed with the customer service and overall experience .I will now be collecting my future prescriptions from here.Thank you so much for your help today, it was much appreciated.
