    Horrible experience in this store Staff were extremely horrible and rude Went in to look at some jumpers and unfolded one to look at size and quality of material. Staff member comes over and berates us for unfolding the items when they have ones on hangers at another section of the store. He mentioned his colleague was tired of rearranging and folding them all day. At no point did he offer to help or redirect us to the jumpers he had on hangers. No apology was given and it made me feel really bad. I understand it’s annoying for them but to bully customers and make them feel guilty is unacceptable. Therefore we left without making a purchase and went to another store instead.

    Great outdoor store for mid priced clothing. Kids range is fantastic and usually always available with a discount. Great for kids who are always outgrowing their waterproof jackets and warm clothes. Quality of of a high standard and they have Peppa Pig branded clothes which my granddaughter loves.

    This is a small store recently bought a jacket at the till a staff member informed us the jacket had an extra feature it lights up on the hood I tried it at home and surprised how bright this light was,I've bought a few jackets from this store well warm jackets...

    Bigger store and more great out door gear in store! Not to big or s.all it's a good size. Bought boots here and they lasted for 1 year and 8 months so far. Craig shanks who works at store has always been so helpful and friendly has been a great help to me giving me info and tips on gear plus Kinor has been helpful and friendly when I visit this store! Alot of the gear is very good and I find the quality is good enough to last a long time. The other staff is very knowledgeable when you need advice when you want it. Highly recommended to shop at this store!

    I always enjoy going in to these types of stores as most of my every day clothes you could describe as outdoorsy. I had a pair of regatta boots I wore fishing and had liked them enough I thought I'd call in and get another pair, well I got last pair from go outdoors but as this was the outlet store I thought I would be able to secure a pair at a similar price... well I couldn't as the same boots were £20 more here and when I spoke to staff they just said you'd be as well going to go outdoors then!!!

    Kind staff, great products. Although many products were wrongly priced. Picked up a backpack tagged as £19.99, when scanned was £26.99. Why sticker and tag your products incorrectly. The staff kindly advised they can't discount it. And if I want that colour, even though it was tagged as 19.99 I must pay £26.99. Regatta please make the sale items clear and don't tagged them if they are not.
