   We were visiting as my daughter needed new trainers and mountain warehouse have become our go to as she finds these most comfortable. Went in and found right style and size immediately. Easiest shoe shop for 6yr old.ever and great value.

   Online price almost half of instore price. Yet staff where not willing to price match from there own company. Its a shame really considering i spen hundreds each year on hillwalking gear. And all i wanted today was a compass. But they say no price match. So i geuss they dont deserve my custom anymore. Clearly they dont value a loyal customer.

   This was a proper dilemma. I walked in with brown shoes. Very well used and getting worn. Mountain Warehouse had a black style and a brown style, both which I liked. Other half was sent photo of options. Told me black was the one to go for... Gotta assume she's right! Both pairs mid rise waterproof styles, very comfortable, sizes available. Left in peace to sort myself out. Happy with purchase. Went with the black. Hindsight, I should have bought both. Will return in September to pick up the brown pair, hopefully! Got a voucher off for next month...hopefully brown will be available

   This store is easy to get to and store is ideal size which sells alot of out door gear. The staff are always there to help you and get advice. I wish they would sell alot of tent repair kits and replacement poles for their backpacker 2 man tent which I really like so anything happens you can fix it. The quality of gear is good and not too expensive which I like. Due to covid-19 pandemic they never had many tents and gear than previous years but they still had alot. A good solid store and worth buying your gear from here!

   Helpful staff,particularly one of the slightly older staff. He's knowledgeable about there products and happy to give advice. Been twice now bought a jacket and boots. Prices are very reasonable for most of there items. I would recommend them to anyone that's interested in out door activities like hiking and biking etc.
