   Paydens lost a long term customer today, there was a misunderstanding about a season ticket payment which I wasn't given option to pay on phone or online. While clearly inconvenient for the pharmacy, I explained that was unable to attend in person but would organise later in the week when possible. My honest version of events was repeatedly challenged, and I was belittled and shouted at over the phone. Was hugely unprofessional, and this staff member let down her team who have typically been friendly in the past. Putney Pharmacy & Travel Clinic offers a much better customer service than this.

   Disappointed We have gluten free prescriptions. Among them, fresh bread. I need to chase them, even when they promise to call as soon as it arrives at the pharmacy. Plus, they are not always on the phone. If I don't come, the bread would spend the weekend in tha pharmacy, they open during weekend. And who knows when they would call to tell the fresh bread has arrived. Note that the fresh bread has a 5 days life! Considering going somewhere else.

   I’m very unhappy with Paydens. I was prescribed blood pressure medication as a repeat prescription. Paydens stopped my prescription and my doctor informed me this should not have happened. They now refuse to let me order my repeat prescriptions over the phone, insisting I use their app which does not work. It is completely unacceptable that I cannot access my repeat prescriptions and quite frankly dangerous and irresponsible. Very disappointed with Paydens - avoid.

   The staff are always helpful and are very efficient. Considering how many prescriptions you can see they have to work through the transaction was quick and easy. Very clean and covid secure pharmacy. Highly recommend.

   I had been with paydens for a number of years. My prescriptions were usually always ready. A few times short, or once not processed. I've been in lockdown as a vulnerable group. As I don't live in their catchment area a lady called Ann or Anna said we can't keep doing this (delivery) and advised me to use another pharmacy even though the Government pay for delivery. I keep hearing that many pharmacies are closing, this is self inflicted. I leave this statement for your delictation. My My t/fer has been trouble free. I won't be going back to this one. Your loss
