   I have been visiting this branch for the few years. And the last 2 years or so, the staff turnover is better. Priya, remembers our names, and is quick to get the prescriptions. I have noticed the same with other customers. More important, she always serves with a smile. Is polite and professional at her job.She is fully knowledgeable and gives the correct advise. Along with the other staff, they are all very helpful, and polite. Hats off guys! Doing a good job! Take the lunch break!

   I really don't get how this pharmacy with the specific team working at the moment gets bad reviews from it's customers. A few have written complains about them having a lunch break. "Very european but not at all acceptable" writes one...seriously? If those people ever had jobs, didn't they get lunch breaks or do they just feel it's unecessary only for others who should just be there 24/7 in order to serve them ? Having been to the place a few times now, i'd say pharmacist, manager and the young dispensers are all stars

   Local Boots store that’s full of potential. The pharmacist, Priya, remembers who I am and, Ramlah and Shiva give good service. The selection is adequate for a small store but due to the layout, and no security guard, the franchise has suffered numerous thefts, and it shows. It must be terrifying for the women who faithfully serve us. In addition, the consumer is the one who has to pay inflated prices to compensate for the losses. I would love to see the franchise owners invest in reconfiguring the store’s layout and consider some anti-theft systems. Happy to suggest a ‘Mary Portas’ without the price tag.

   Honestly, this store had improved alot! Before the shelves were empty, queue was long, but now that they hired new people, it has got so much better. The staff are extremely helpful, attentive and exceptional. I think you should hire a security to prevent shoplifting and for the safety of your staff though. But brilliant!

   As an update to my review of a year ago, unofficial lunchtime closures from 1300-1400hrs continue to be not infrequent. These aren't shown on the website, and the closure notice only goes up after the fact, so be cautious when you're planning to picking a up a scrip! My other comments stand; I am a frequent visitor and I certainly have no complaints with staff attitude. They do their best, however Boots needs to show this branch some love. The store's physical layout is not fit for purpose and it appears to be understaffed, leading to unpredictable, and sometimes quite long, waiting times, and the occasional unscheduled lunch time closure. Other reviewers have pointed these issues out, and I'm afraid they are right.

   Absolute joke of a pharmacy. Went to pick up prescription Thursday. Did not have in stock, promised would be in tomorrow. Not in stock Friday. Promised will be in next week Monday. Went back on Monday and still not in stock!! They claimed they lost two boxes…. How does a pharmacy lose prescription medications. And now I have missed 5 doses. Disgraceful

   Often busy with customers having to queue to pay and longer for prescriptions. Recently been closed for lunch which is quite European but not really acceptable.

   Pharmacy with the WORST service ever!!! Always queues, staff is very slow, closing fir lunch break when they are not supposed to be closed. If you can avoid this branch - AVOID!

   It’s always something that goes wrong in this pharmacy! Staff is very slow! Sometimes they just close the shop for the whole day. Prescriptions take ages ! The shelves never looked tidy. They are short of products or they don’t have at all the medications you need. The staff doesn’t pick up the phone. You have to call again and again Today I couldn’t pick up my daughter prescription because their system failed and haven’t been fixed the whole day. When I wanted to buy a hydrocortisone cream, they don’t have it ,off course !

   I went to walk in the door was locked and within seconds a lady appeared with a note that she just slapped on the door literally in my face saying they are closed for 10 minutes, I find the staff extremely rude the medication is never ready extremely slow at preparing it so a long wait ! Even though a txt message was received saying it’s ready to collect ! This place has gone down hill. I have never known a boots like it other stores are great and professional this store needs looking into .
